Covers A to Z mobile parts damage physical/accidental/liquid including display & Theft/Burglary/pickpocket/snatching by any means.

In Case of Theft/Snatching/Burglary

 

a. Theft within 1 to 3 month. Get 90% Refund of your mobile invoice value.

b. Theft within 4 to 7 month. Get 80% Refund of your mobile invoice value.

c. Theft within 8 to 12 month. Get 70% Refund of your mobile invoice value.

In Case of Full Damage

 

a. Get repair up-to invoice value.

b. Claim multiple repair up-to invoice value.

c. Claim multiple time display front, back & mobile components.

Note:- Cost of settlement should not be more than your mobile cost.

How to Claim my insurance

We have the easiest and hassle free claim process with Zero Processing fee or any hidden charge all cost are included in the plan Follow the three step of claim.

  2. Click to Claim Option.
  3. You will receive a claim form fill the form and send it.

Self Repair Option

The Easiest Way to Claim, You have to go to the respective brand service center to get estimate for Replacing damaged parts or Full Replacement and same you have to inform us,

After informing you will get 50% of Estimate Amount Instantly to start the Replacement, Remaining refund will be given after the final bill submission within 2–3 days based on your orignal mode of payment which you have used during purchase of protection plan.

You have to provide a genuine bill of replacement to request for refund any misuse of service agreement will result in cancellation of plan.

DigitInsure Repair Option

We will arrange free pick–up and drop–off for your device, It will take Minimum of 2 day & Maximum of 4 days based on the component availability to get your damage replacement or Replacing full Mobile,

All cost are covered by DigitInsure based on your Insurance plan.

Door Step Repair Option

Our service Partner will visit to you location and They will do the Service in front of you no need to pay any Processing fee or any hidden charge all cost are included.
